Friday, 8th of July 2022.

A beautiful panorama from the roof of the Iván-völgy, then with a glass of wine in hand, a good movie under the stars. This is what the Heimann Garden Cinema looks like. Sounds good? We look forward to welcoming you on Friday 8 July for an evening of fun and relaxation!

We'll be screening a contemporary Hungarian film, which we can then talk about together. Our current film is Toxikoma, and our invited guest is Győző Szabó, the executive producer of the film, with whom we will have a discussion after the screening.

– For the eleventh time!
2022. június 17-18.

The beautiful Ivan Valley, dotted with small family cellars, is within easy walking distance of the event stations. Ten wineries, a café, lots of Kadarka wines, sillers and rosés, a white wine or two, happy hikers and that feeling of being alive. Every year, this weekend is all about relaxation, lightness, hiking, togetherness, delicious snacks and tasting divine wines. This time, five Szekszárd wineries are joined by guest wineries from around the country. Our aim is to give tasters a chance to experience all the nuances of Kadarka.

The Cultivated Alcoholic
about Barbár 2018

Piquant, spicy (...). Black olives, violets, blueberries, plums, bay leaves, tobacco - a unique and varied fragrance. Barrel barely perceptible. Tasted, surprisingly good acidity, uncovered, juicy, not drying tannins. The core of the palate is sweet, but it's just the sweetness of the ripe fruit, it doesn't detract from the freshness. Long finish with cherry, plum and a touch of savoury tartness. A medium amount of high quality tannin, not astringent but not velvety or sweet either.
